Bei Polylux wurde heute die im März startende Website ForMyBand vorgestellt. Die Seite soll eine Plattform für Fans und Musiker werden, auf der sich Bands im Internet präsentieren und ihre Musik verkaufen können.
Fans können ihre Lieblingsbands durch Geldspenden unterstützen oder in aufsteigende Nachwuchsbands investieren. Hat die unterstützte Band langfristigen Erfolg, werden die spendierfreudigen Fans prozentual am Gewinn beteiligt. Damit soll ForMyBand eine echte Alternative zu konventionellen Labels werden:
